Chris' great grandmother, as well as his grandmother, Angelina Costantino, lived their simple lives in a small community in Italy. They gathered their large family together at the end of the day for a supper of spaghetti or gnocchi covered with flavorful sauce, a radicchio salad and some red wine. They lingered over the meal enjoying each others' company and the delicious food.

Chris' passion is to bring this same wonderful experience to American families. The benefit to you is that you can leave the cooking to us. Just order, have the delicious food delivered, and pop open a bottle of red wine.

CHRISTOPHER A. COSTANTINO
Capocuoco (Executive Chef), Owner

Christopher Costantino is the founder, Executive Chef and Chief Executive Officer of Molisiana Foods, LLC, which consists of Costantino's Kitchen (a producer of gourmet, home-style pasta sauces and other Italian specialty foods from fifth generation Italian family recipes), Appolonia Italian To Go (our delicious pasta restaurant), The Roman Crust (specializing in Roman style pinsa pizzas), Panino Gourmet (Italian hot and cold sandwiches) and CosCater (our catering division). Chris still follows his grandmother's tradition of using the freshest ingredients and slow cooking his sauces to deepen the flavor. Costantino's Kitchen was founded in 2011 and Costantino's Italian Kitchen, our food truck, was added in 2016. Finally, in 2025, we added our three new to-go/delivery restaurants.

Chris graduated with high honors, receiving an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts from Scottsdale Community College. He is very involved in the community, currently a board member of Sons of Italy, which promotes the Italian lifestyle, and a former board member of Slow Food Phoenix, an organization dedicated to linking the pleasures of the table with a commitment to protect the community, culture, knowledge and environment. In prior years, he served as board member for Share Our Strength's Taste of the Nation Phoenix, an annual food event raising money to end childhood hunger. He was also Executive Chef at Camp Rainbow, a one-week summer camp for current and former patients of the Phoenix Children's Hospital oncology department, for five years.
